The challenge
Zagame Corporation is a Melbourne based family-owned business with a diverse property portfolio and development pipeline across Victoria and Queensland.
Managing financial reporting, leasing, asset management and development activities involves significant manual processing and administration. The objective was to explore how AI could simplify these processes, improve efficiency and free up time for higher value activities.
The approach
Zagame worked with Propel on a focused, five-day engagement using Claude to build practical AI solutions. The focus was on using existing systems and information so our team could build and manage its own workflows without needing specialist technical skills.
What was achieved
Practical AI workflows were developed across four key areas:
● Property reporting: Streamlining portfolio reporting and management dashboards
● Meeting management: Automating meeting summaries, decisions and actions
● Leasing: Supporting commercial analysis and preparation of leasing documentation
